Shipping takes 5-10 business days.
*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7-12 business days.
CANADA: $9.99
Shipping takes up to 10-15 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: $9.99
Shipping takes up to 10 - 30 business days.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return any shipments from www.thethicknutritionist.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
PROCESSING TIME
Since all products sold are uniquely made to order, orders are subject to processing and production time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Once the order has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier, depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take 3-5 business days to process. The processing time is just an estimate and excludes weekends and holidays.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the shipping carrier used. The Thick Nutritionist does not hold responsibility or issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
Although we try our best to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, The Thick Nutritionist reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address. This will be required in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, The Thick Nutritionist reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to actions such as an extensive return history, wardrobing, and potential fraud or suspicious activities.
